Reading/language: new long vowel patterns such as "oa", "ow", "ay", "ai", "ea", "igh", "ie"/ enhancing our writing with adjectives/ compound words/ comprehension of more complex stories
Math: telling time to the half hour/ counting coins/ fractions/ measuring in inches and feet/ drawing congruent shapes/ adding 10 to any number/ subtracting a number from 10
Science: characteristics of living and nonliving things/ observing and classifying
Social Studies: maps and directions (north, south, east, west)
Religion: celebrating Baptism
Monday- Gym, Library
Tuesday- Spanish, Computers
Wednesday- Computers, Art (every other week)
Thursday- Music, Gym, Spanish
Friday- Mass
